Built in 2002 Villa Montaña offers style and comfort in one of the most sought after areas of the
resort. The popular beach of Playa Flamingo is approximately 4 minutes away by car. This white sandy beach offers perfect bathing for children. The centre of the resort is a short 5 minute drive where you will find
a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
The beautiful protected beaches of Papagayo are situated just outside the resort. These are the best beaches that the island has to offer and can be reached by a
short car ride.
Extensive terraces surround a large rectangular 11m by 5m pool, which is solar heated throughout the year and acclimatized in the winter months. The pool depth is graduated and has 2 metal
ladders for access.
The villa is built on three levels and benefits from both open and covered terraces with built in BBQ and seating area.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to 10 and comprises:
Upper level:
Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, lounge study area, dressing room and patio doors leading to the upper sun terrace with outstanding sea views.
Ground level:
Dining area with table and seating for 12 people and doors opening onto the terrace; lounge with comfortable seating, Satellite TV (limited channels), CD player, DVD player; very well equipped kitchen with split level electric oven island breakfast bar with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and iron, patio doors leading to pool; utility room with washing machine and drying area; twin bedroom with en suite shower room; double bedroom with adjoining shower room. All rooms on this level have patio doors to the pool.
Lower level Two twin bedrooms (one with en suite shower room and the other with bathroom) with terrace doors leading to the garden; large playroom with full size table tennis table.
Maid service is provided twice weekly
