constructed in 2002. It offers a high standard of comfort and magnificent views over the resort and towards the Southern coastline. The harbour and lively centre of Puerto del Carmen are within approximately 12
minutes walk.
The detached villa features an 8m x 3.5m rectangular swimming pool with Roman style steps which is solar heated,
and acclimatised during the winter months, and guests can also enjoy the 5 seater Jacuzzi located close to the pool on the lower terrace. There are also shaded areas on the upper terrace to relax and soak up the
view.
The accommodation sleeps up to 6 and comprises: stylish lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas and
equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD player, terrace doors lead to the upper terrace; separate modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron; utility room with washing machine; entrance hall leading to double bedroom with Satellite TV (limited channels) and en suite bathroom; 2 twin bedrooms; family
bathroom. Towels are changed 6 days a week and bedding twice. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
