Savvas Villas- Steni Polis/Paphos
2x3 bed villas - Air-con in some room
These two lovely villas are situated in the sleepy village of Steni with its population of
only 120 people. The little village has two churches (one of them 800 years old).
Situated only a six minute drive to the bustling town of Polis, famous for it’s abundance of restaurants, small bars, shops and beaches of Lachi, also the legendary baths of Aphrodite’s by the beautiful Akamas peninsular. The tiny village of Peristeroma is a mere 3-minute drive and has two bars and a mini market as well as a church and a museum.
Savvas villas are maintained and cared for by the husband and wife owners who live nearby and will have a
complimentary welcome pack on arrival. They will also extend a warm Cyprian invitation to you and your family to join them one evening at their nearby villa for drinks and nibbles in the typical local fashion.
Villa No.1
Fantastic panoramic uninterrupted views over the mountain to the sea, which will leave you breathless.
The villa is approached by a driveway with parking amidst the fruit trees and grapevines.
Ground floor Good size lounge and dining area with access via patio door to the pool and deck areas. There is a
bed settee in the lounge, three ceiling fans and TV (some English)
The kitchen with fridge freezer and cooker. The washing machine is housed separatley. On this level there is one twin
bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioning, also access to the swimming pool via French doors. 1 x shower room.
Upstairs One double bedroom with fan, air conditioning and access to the “Romeo and Juliet” balcony with views
to the mountains.

terraces on this floor with fantastic views to the mountains and sea.
Outside
The swimming pool is accompanied by a wooden pergola for Al Fresco dinng and a feature B.B.Q. with a rotisserie, which
is ideal for cooking whole chickens. The grounds have many fruit trees including orange, lemons, figs and more.
Villa No 2
The same layout as No 1 but as at September 04 no feature brick built B.B.Q., a
conventional one instead.
The villas can sleep up to 7 people, a z-bed for a 7th person, cot and hi-chairs are available on request at no extra charge.
Air conditioning CYŁ2.50 per unit per day.
A taxi can be arranged for the airport transfers although car hire is strongly recommended.
