Villa Mapando, Mijas,Heated Pool,Air-con
Mapando is a rustic style detached villa with a private heated pool, ideal for family holidays. This delightful villa is situated in the residential area of Mijas La Nuvea, known for its
beauty and tranquillity, there is a near by local bar which is hosted by an English couple, serving food and drinks. Mapando has a well- maintained garden with plenty of fruit trees on two levels. On
the lower level, a few steps from the terrace, is the swimming pool, with lovely views of the Mediterranean and surrounding country- side. The upper level has a large terrace with BBQ.
Ground
Floor: From the vine-covered terrace is the main entrance to Mapando, leading into a split-level beamed lounge and dinning area with patio doors to the terrace. The lounge has TV, video and an open
fireplace for Winter visitors. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, electric oven and microwave . From the kitchen there is also a breakfast room with access to the terrace.
Also at this level there a separate guest toilet, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room to share.
First floor: The master bedroom with double bed, dressing area and a
bathroom en-suite. There are also one twin bedroom, one bedroom with three beds and a bathroom to share. There is also a child stair gate at the top of the stairs to stop children wondering down.
Mapando has also an annexe with two twin bedrooms and one shower room. All the bedrooms & the lounge have ceiling fan. The villa also has the benefit of air-conditioning through out, including
the annexe.
Heated pool, can be available on request at an extra charge of £100 per week. Linen and some towels are provided. Maid service is included 1x 3 hours per week and a change of
linen for guests staying more than one week.
