Villa El Sueno, El Pilar, Air-Con
The residential urbanisation of El Pilar is situated between San Pedro Marbella and Estepona, opposite Benamara and within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, banks and beach etc.
As you arrive to Villa El Sueño which means "The Dream" you find yourself in the most charming enclosed Andalucian patio, with Moorish style arches, colourful Andalucian tiles and a
cooling fountain. There is a good size lawn garden with tropical plants. The villa is within 10-15 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes drive to the beach.
Through the front door to the left down
the marble floored hall there are 2 good sized bedrooms with views of the gardens and a bathroom. On this floor there is a charming good size fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
oven/hob, washing machine etc. Off the kitchen there is a terrace with an electric motored blind cover for dining in its shade and among the trees.
The lounge/dining room is elegant,
large and spacious, with marble floors throughout giving a wonderful cool feeling to this villa. There is a fire place in the round part of this room with an impressive dome above in the ceiling.
Here you can enjoy Sky TV, watch a video, or listen to relaxing music on the music system. Off the lounge through the French doors out to the covered terrace we behold the very pretty enclosed
private garden with its inviting swimming pool, and yes there is a BBQ. Back into the villa and up the stairs we arrive at the Master bedroom and bathroom with nice sea views. Above the Master
bedroom there is the sun roof terrace where you can enjoy the most fabulous views. The villa also has the benefit of air conditioning. You will agree that Villa El Sueño is your holiday Dream come

Price includes, clean on entry, and change of sheets and towels after first week. Extra cleaning available @ 12 Euro per hour. Laundry @ 12 Euro per load. All sheets and towels
